Shipping Rates

We offer shipping to both Canadian and American customers. Shipping costs are calculated based on the items in your order and their respective rates. Below are the shipping rates for different products: Please note that all prices are in Canadian dollars, and taxes are not included in the listed shipping rates. Taxes will be calculated and added at checkout.

For Canadian Customers:

  • T-Shirt:

    • $10.95 for the first t-shirt
    • $2.50 for each additional t-shirt

  • Hoodie:

    • $13.49 for the first hoodie
    • $3.00 for each additional hoodie

  • Sweatshirt:

    • $13.49 for the first sweatshirt
    • $3.00 for each additional sweatshirt

  • Cap:

    • $8.95 for the first cap
    • $2.50 for each additional cap

For American Customers (Prices in Canadian Dollars):

  • T-Shirt:

    • $6.59 for the first t-shirt
    • $3.05 for each additional t-shirt

  • Hoodie:

    • $11.79 for the first hoodie
    • $3.15 for each additional hoodie

  • Sweatshirt:

    • $11.79 for the first sweatshirt
    • $3.15 for each additional sweatshirt

  • Cap:

    • $4.99 for the first cap
    • $2.55 for each additional cap

 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@simplicityclothing.com. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions once your return is approved. Note that returns without prior approval will not be accepted. You will need to contact us for a return adress.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported immediately upon receipt. Please contact us so we can address the issue promptly.

To exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at support@simplicityclothing.com.
